Do face rollers actually do anything?
They feel good and they move fluid around, which is why faces often look less puffy afterwards. That is a short-lived effect, not a change to your skin.
Should a jade roller be kept in the fridge?
Plenty of people do, and cold is most of why a morning roll feels like it helps. Give it a wipe before it goes back in.
How do I use a clay mask without drying my skin out?
Take it off while it is still slightly tacky rather than cracked, and put moisturiser on afterwards. A mask that has gone hard is pulling water back out of you.
How often should I use a mask?
Once or twice a week suits most people. More often is not better and it is the usual cause of a stinging face.
Can I use a facial device if my skin is sensitive?
Start with the shortest setting and less pressure than you think, and stop if anything stings. If you have a skin condition or you are being treated for one, ask your doctor before you buy.
Do these need batteries or charging?
The powered ones charge over USB and the cable is in the box. Rollers and masks need nothing.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders over $100. Under that it is a flat $25.00 across New Zealand, It is not taxed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. A tracking number is emailed the moment it leaves us.
Can I pay extra to get it faster?
Yes. Express is a paid upgrade offered at the checkout for $25.00. If your order is already over $100 you can either take the free standard service or pay for express.
