Who we are
Look Great Company is a New Zealand online shop selling beauty tools and at-home devices. It is a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, a family-run business that has been buying and shipping direct for more than fifteen years.
Everything here is priced in New Zealand dollars and posts from within the country. There is a New Zealand address at the bottom of this page and a person on the other end of the email.
What we sell
Three shelves rather than a catalogue: cosmetics, hair care and skin care. Brushes, an eyeshadow palette, a lit mirror, a rotating organiser and a rolling case on one; a hot air brush and a microfibre wrap on another; rollers, a clay mask and at-home devices on the third.
It is a short list on purpose. Every product here has a page with the specifications written down, so you can read what a thing actually is before you decide you want it.
How we talk about it
We write about the product and the routine, not about what it will do to your body. You will not find a promise of permanence here, or a before-and-after, or a claim that something tightens, drains or contours anything.
That is a position rather than a hedge. Some of these claims are regulated in New Zealand, and the honest answer is that a face roller is a pleasant ten minutes rather than a treatment. Where we do not have a figure, the page says so instead of guessing. If you have a skin condition or you are being treated for one, that is a question for your doctor, and it is the answer our support desk will give you too.
How we work
We are an online supplier with no shop to walk into, which is part of how the pricing works. You order here, pay by card through Stripe or by PayPal, and a tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves. Delivery is free across New Zealand on orders of $100 or more and a flat $25.00 below that, arriving 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.

Yes. Express is a paid upgrade offered at the checkout for $25.00. If your order is already over $100 you can either take the free standard service or pay for express.
