Are wholesale prices better than the site prices?
They are quoted per order rather than published, because they depend on quantity and how often you reorder. Ask and you will get a number.
Can you deliver a wholesale order interstate?
Yes, anywhere in New Zealand. Freight is quoted with the order rather than charged at the shop rate.
Do you supply outside New Zealand?
Ask. Retail delivery is New Zealand only, but a wholesale order to another country is a conversation rather than a flat no, and we will tell you before you commit to anything.
Can I see a sample first?
Usually. Say so when you ask for the quote.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders over $100. Under that it is a flat $25.00 across New Zealand, It is not taxed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. A tracking number is emailed the moment it leaves us.
Can I pay extra to get it faster?
Yes. Express is a paid upgrade offered at the checkout for $25.00. If your order is already over $100 you can either take the free standard service or pay for express.
How do I get hold of a person?
